This website is a shop window. Nothing on it is a contract to sell — everything we sell, we sell at the store.

Weekly prices are set by the store and published on the pricing page. They are shown so you can plan a visit, and they change as the store’s week runs.

The price that applies is the one in effect at the till when you pay, on the day you visit. If a price on this site and a price in the store ever disagree, the store is right.

Clothing is priced by weight and is not part of the weekly price ladder.

Offers shown on the site are posted by the store and may be changed, ended, or replaced at any time without notice. Expired offers are removed automatically.

Opening hours are published on the visit page and can change on public holidays or for operational reasons. Any change to today’s hours is posted in the offers bar at the top of every page.

Stock is whatever arrived on the most recent truck. It is not reserved, not held, and not guaranteed to be in stock when you arrive. Nothing on this site is a promise that a particular item will be available.

All purchases are made in person at our North York location and are governed by the store’s policies, which are available at the counter. Those policies apply to your purchase instead of anything written here.

Please test anything with a battery or a plug at the testing station before you pay.

The text, layout, photographs, and graphics on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to any page, but please do not copy the site wholesale or present our content as your own.

Brand names and product names you see referenced belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what we sell.

We link to social platforms, our eBay presence, and map services. Those sites are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and available, but we provide it as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it.
